Job description
To Handle all the HR responsibilities like - Talent Acquisition, manage the employee life cycle from entry till exit, Performance appraisal.
Handling the Payroll, ESI & PF, Statutory Records and bank account opening to all the staff.
Tracking employee's performance.
Staff grievance handling. Training coordination to employees
Responsible for all back office and administration tasks of the department.
Maintain employee data, Recruitments, New Joining formalities, arrange training & induction programmes , looking appraisal, looking salary & leave record, Looking Stationery needs.
Job Requirements
3 to 6 years' Work experience as an HR professional.
Experience in conducting interviews and managing payroll.
Excellent communication skills
MBA in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology or similar field
