What We Build
Soft Innovations is the Group's in-house technology practice, and it occupies an unusual position: it is a working software company that shares a campus — and a workforce — with an undergraduate programme. Client projects are delivered by professional engineers alongside Work-Integrated BCA students, who move from the classroom to a live delivery floor without leaving the building.
The practice is built around real software workflows rather than teaching exercises. Live client projects, an IoT lab, and real-time development tooling give the team commercial output and give students the workplace exposure that a conventional degree cannot manufacture.

Why It Matters to the Group
The in-house IT company is what makes the Work-Integrated BCA credible. It is the difference between a programme that talks about industry exposure and one that runs an actual delivery floor on campus — described on the Hillsinai site as "an advantage most conventional BCA programmes cannot offer".
Internal demand also de-risks the technology roadmap: the Group's own academies are the practice's first customers, while external client work generates commercial revenue.
