Hostels, libraries, labs, dining and wellness are built once and carried by all six, so each new business starts with infrastructure a standalone institution would spend a decade funding.
A Student Progression Pipeline
The Finishing School is the top of the funnel, not the end of a relationship. A student can arrive in Plus One and leave with a medical seat, a civil services degree, or a BCA and a job — moving between our academies without changing campus, mentors, or institution.
An In-House Software Practice
Soft Innovations is not an outsourced vendor. It sits on the same campus, builds the platforms the academies teach on, and gives the Work-Integrated BCA a live delivery floor. Internal demand de-risks its roadmap; external client work makes it commercial.
A Shared Faculty Bench
Fifty-plus mentors serve across the Group rather than sitting inside a single institution. A subject specialist can teach the Finishing School's Science stream and the NEET repeaters batch in the same week — depth a single-programme institute cannot afford to hire for.
